HGV Class 2 Driver – Immediate Start Permanent

THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing Powered Access business for a motivated and personable HGV Class 2 Driver in our busy London (Barking) depot.
Based from their London (Barking) depot , you will be driving a brand new truck, moving assets around their network and delivering hire equipment to their customers around London & the south east .
This role is vital to their business and the role of the HGV Class 2 is a busy and productive role. As a Delivery Driver you’ll be the front line of their business and interaction with customers by ensuring their every need is catered for. You will be joining the team at an exciting time as they go through a rapid growth, continued success and open more depots across the UK.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Delivering and collecting powered access in around the North
• The loading and unloading of scissor lifts, cherry pickers & other construction plant machinery
• Daily vehicle checks
• Liaising & working closely with the Depot Manager
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Assisting with general duties plus other work?

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Class 2 Category C driving licence
• CPC and Digi Card
• 5 years plus experience driving within the UK
• Good knowledge of the Yorkshire area

EXPERIENCE

• Class 2 Driving: 5 years (Preferred)
• Powered Access: 3 years (Preferred)

LICENCE

• IPAF (Preferred)
