At Ingeus, this is exactly what we aim to do and currently have an opportunity for a Youth Engagement Advisor to join the team in Northamptonshire.
As our Youth Engagement Advisor, you will work to achieve results for expressions of interest and sign-ups per school and season, working closely with other team members, promoting the NCS experience when working on recruitment drive stalls and deliver recruitment events such as assemblies, teacher meetings and other youth group sessions.
Along the way, you’ll be helping youths develop skills that’ll help them smash their future goals. If you are someone who loves presenting in front of audiences of young people, creating enthusiasm, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders but also a confident self-starter who can easily adapt to a varied audience, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a very fast paced, no day is the same type of role and will suit someone who likes performing and entertaining groups of people, someone who likes to be part of a dynamic team, or perhaps a recent graduate who is looking to start their career working with youths and helping local communities thrive.

All candidates are expected to have a full, clean drivers licence as this role will involve travelling to location sites during peak recruitment times, with possible overnight stays. All mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile and any additional work related expenses are also reimbursed. When not required to attend recruitment events, this will be a home based role.
