Youth Service Coordinator – Sandwell – Up 35 hours per week.

Your new role
To work within an established staff team which offers support to adults predominantly but not exclusively from a Black African, Caribbean, Black Dual heritage background who are experiencing and/or recovering from mental health problems, their carers, family members and the wider community. The support will be person centred and a combination of centre based activities with some interventions being delivered within a variety of community settings or in the client’s home. This is a FTC for 18 months.

What you’ll need to succeed
Drivers preferred
Experience working with mental health service users/patients
Experience managing case loads
Ability to support service users in their homes across Sandwell
