Your Job – ZB Edge Business Development Manager – Greater London As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the ambassador for new technologies and driver of the digital transformation in the assigned region. Your main objective will be to partner with customers to help them embrace the technology evolution, and you will earn the trust and build support from surgeons and hospital administrators. By focusing on the front end of the sales process, you will identify and qualify opportunities, lead the discovery phase to reach full customer engagement, and build compelling business cases. Thanks to a close collaboration and cooperation with the corporate teams, and by actively contributing to the negotiation and execution of deal closings, you will achieve the ZBEdge sales targets in the assigned territory. Your portfolio includes the ROSA® Knee platform and the integrated digital solutions and offerings of ZBEdge, such as mymobility, Orthointel, OptiVu, OREP, and Rapid Recovery, as well as the ROSA® Brain platform. Successful candidate will be responsible for the Greater London area. How you do it Ensure that ZB is represented appropriately in the market and recognized as a trusted and reliable partner of choice Coordinate with Recon team to support existing customer growth plans Achieve ZBEdge sales targets in assigned territory by actively contributing to close deals Assess targets and fully qualify opportunities to generate implant pull-through and cross-selling business Deliver pitches to prospects Ensure superior customer experience during the Discovery phase to achieve high customer engagement Responsible for the business case preparation Actively support the Negotiate and Execute phases to achieve a high closing ratio Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
